I've been playing on this server since 2011, on and off. I always return to this server for some reason. I know I like it and therefore it's the best choice for me, even though it is today completely different from 2011 or even last year. This server introduced me to factions, which was really fun at the start, but got less fun for me when they started allowing TNT in the factions world. More hardcore pvpers can't do without it, and most factions players would think it odd if TNT wouldn't work but I was used to it and since then my base wouldn't be safe unless it was an ugly obsidian box at bedrock.
ReplyDeleteNevertheless I kept returning, getting my ass kicked and my base blown up, and so on, meeting lots of people. Most of the people from back in the day aren't on the server anymore, but that's okay because you meet new ppl all the time. Some people are douchebags, most people have the potential to be, but that's part of the game.
Last time I came back to the server, about 2 months back, I found out they added an RPG world, which I very much enjoyed. I applied to become a builder and now I'm helping build the new RPG world, which is awesome to me. The server is changing all the time but the staff is there, and they're all very kind and approachable, often listen to what you have to say. This is partly because the server isn't very large-scale (anymore at least), and I think it would be great to get a bit more people playing. Not large-scale, but like the old days. I love being a part of this server and I always will be.
